On-the-Day Info

Everything coaches and spectators need from car park to kick-off.

Coaches should bring

  • Change for entry (£3.00 per adult)
  • 2 footballs of the correct size — home team provides match ball
  • Enough bibs to handle a kit clash
  • First aid kit

Spectators should bring

  • Change for entry (£3.00 per adult)
  • Sun lotion, hats, blankets, parasols
  • Cash — limited contactless on site, nearest ATM is a 5–10 min walk
  • No dogs and no BBQs, please

When you arrive

Spectators

  1. Park and follow the pedestrian signs
  2. Approx 8-min walk to the festival site (look for the shortcut!)
  3. Pay for entry
  4. Locate your group & pitch — signs at every pitch
  5. Find a spot to camp for the day
  6. Access fixtures via Tournify (link shared by your coach)

Coaches

  1. Park and follow the pedestrian signs
  2. Pay for entry & locate your pitch
  3. Head to the registration tent and confirm arrival before 9am
  4. Check fixtures via Tournify (link emailed before the weekend)
  5. Tell your team where to meet you
  6. Warm up & enjoy the day!
