Everything coaches and spectators need from car park to kick-off.
Coaches should bring
- Change for entry (£3.00 per adult)
- 2 footballs of the correct size — home team provides match ball
- Enough bibs to handle a kit clash
- First aid kit
Spectators should bring
- Change for entry (£3.00 per adult)
- Sun lotion, hats, blankets, parasols
- Cash — limited contactless on site, nearest ATM is a 5–10 min walk
- No dogs and no BBQs, please
When you arrive
Spectators
- Park and follow the pedestrian signs
- Approx 8-min walk to the festival site (look for the shortcut!)
- Pay for entry
- Locate your group & pitch — signs at every pitch
- Find a spot to camp for the day
- Access fixtures via Tournify (link shared by your coach)
Coaches

- Head to the registration tent and confirm arrival before 9am
- Check fixtures via Tournify (link emailed before the weekend)
- Tell your team where to meet you
- Warm up & enjoy the day!
